How might we keep users engaged on the site and help them find information easily?

I was onboard the project to redesign the IMDA website for a duration of 3 months and worked closely with the research team to generate insights to uncover problems and opportunities. My responsibilities included UX research, moodboards, design concept proposals, prototyping and also developing the final website templates and iconography.
